At gorgeousluminous, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our clothing decoration services. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and addressing quality concerns related to our patches, embroidery, and appliqué services.

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply in addition to the terms set out below.

Return Period

If you believe there is a quality issue with your decorated items or they do not match the approved specifications, you should contact us as soon as possible. Unless otherwise required by the Australian Consumer Law, you must notify us of any concerns within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can assess the issue and discuss options with you.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the craftsmanship of your decorated items, we will work with you to make it right. Our guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials for all custom patches, embroidery, and appliqués produced by gorgeousluminous.

Custom Nature of Services

All of our clothing decoration services are custom-made to your specifications. Because each project is unique and created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns based solely on a change of mind. Please carefully review all design proofs and specifications before approving production.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or other remedy, items must generally be in the condition in which they were supplied, apart from any issue that is the subject of your claim. We may ask you to provide photographs, a description of the problem, and proof of purchase so we can properly assess your request in line with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

Quality Issues

If your decorated items have quality defects or do not match the approved design specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Quality issues that we will address include thread breakage, misaligned designs, incorrect colors that deviate from approved proofs, or poor adhesion of patches and appliqués.

What Constitutes a Defect

Defects include significant deviations from the approved design, poor thread quality or stitching, patches or appliqués that detach with normal use and care, or colors that substantially differ from the approved proof. Minor variations in color due to fabric type and lighting conditions are normal and do not constitute defects.

What Is Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper care or washing, normal wear and tear, modifications made after delivery, or issues with customer-supplied garments or materials. Additionally, slight variations in color, size, or placement that fall within industry-standard tolerances are not considered defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return for quality issues, please contact us at support-@gorgeousluminous.world or call +61 450 067 136 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for the next steps.

Please do not return items without first contacting us and receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is required, we will let you know whether return shipping costs will be covered by us or by you. If the Australian Consumer Law requires us to bear the reasonable costs of returning goods (for example, where there is a major failure), we will provide instructions on how those costs will be managed or reimbursed.

Resolution Options

If we determine that your order has a legitimate quality issue, we will offer one of the following resolutions: reproduction of the item at no additional cost, a partial or full refund based on the nature of the issue, or a credit toward future services with gorgeousluminous. The specific resolution will depend on the circumstances of your case.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our services are custom, certain items may not be suitable for return or refund except as required by the Australian Consumer Law. This generally includes items that match the approved proofs and specifications, items that have been used or worn beyond normal inspection, and items that have been altered after delivery.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any shipping damage or obvious defects, please photograph the issue and contact us right away. Early notification helps us address problems quickly and efficiently.

Proof Approval

By approving the design proof, you confirm that the design, colors, size, and placement are correct. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that match the approved proof but do not meet your expectations. Please review proofs carefully and request changes before approving production.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need changes to your order after production, a new order may be required. In cases of quality defects, we will reproduce the items to the correct specifications at no additional charge.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations may incur fees to cover materials and labor already invested. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Refund Procedure

If a refund is agreed in accordance with this Return Policy or required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will confirm the amount and method of refund with you. Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase unless we agree otherwise or are required by law to use a different method.

Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your decorated items, please follow the care instructions provided with your order. Improper care may void our guarantee. Generally, we recommend washing decorated items inside out in cold water and avoiding harsh detergents or bleach.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. You are also entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The benefits set out in this Return Policy are in addition to these rights and remedies.
