Gorgeousluminous provides custom clothing decoration services including patches, embroidery, and appliqués. We offer design consultation, production, and delivery of decorated garments and accessories according to customer specifications.
All quotes provided by gorgeousluminous are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project specifications. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly if we determine that a design infringes on intellectual property rights or violates our content policies.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production begins. Once production has started on an approved design, changes may incur additional fees. We are not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.
Customers must have the legal right to use any designs, logos, or artwork submitted to gorgeousluminous for production. You represent and warrant that your submitted materials do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
You retain ownership of your original designs. By submitting designs to us, you grant gorgeousluminous a license to use them solely for the purpose of producing your order and displaying examples of our work, unless you request otherwise.
Payment is required before production begins unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various payment methods as specified at the time of order. Late payments may result in project delays or cancellation.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Gorgeousluminous is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including shipping carrier delays, material shortages, or other unforeseen events.
We maintain high quality standards for all our clothing decoration work. However, minor variations in color, sizing, and placement are inherent to the production process and do not constitute defects. Significant quality issues will be addressed according to our Return Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, gorgeousluminous shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where our liability in relation to goods or services cannot be excluded but may be limited, it will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the relevant services or the payment of the cost of resupplying the services.
Our services and products are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties regarding the durability or performance of decorated items beyond normal use and care. Proper care instructions will be provided with your order.
We reserve the right to refuse production of designs that we deem offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, any other person. You must not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or any related systems.
You also agree not to upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use, including content that infringes intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
